I called. The man came the next day and gave my husband an estimate. He said it would take two days to thoroughly clean the house and the his team could come in Thursday and Friday. We thought the price he quoted us was high, but decided it was worth it to get the place really clean. Thursday evening (after dark), he called to say they were done and would we come pay him. We did, but because it was dark, we did not do as thorough an inspection as we should have. It turns out that the cleaning done was very superficial. Over the next two days we continuously discovered things left uncleaned. There were kitchen cabinets that were never touched by this cleaning team. Ditto a cabinet in the stairwell. Ditto a shelf in a closet in the bathroom. There was a very light box in the upstairs, behind which no one cleaned. And that is just what we found so far. We feel that we were played and strongly discourage anyone else from using this service, unless they are looking to pay a lot of money for a very shoddy job. They were willing to come back and finish some of the work that they did not complete, particularly cleaning the kitchen walls.
