Mr. Hester was fired from the job for the following reasons: - showed up 2 - 3 hours late consistently for the job - promised the job to be finished in two days, three days at the most. Work was not even close to completion by the end of day 5. - window installed in a crooked manner - tub was placed in a crooked manner, affecting the pitch of the tub causing improper drainage - faucet for tub and shower starts at scalding hot when first turned on and then becomes cooler as you further turn the faucet - cannot use cold water through the faucet because the cold water was not connected - extensive damage by himself and his crew to the original hardwood floor that have resulted in the need for thousands of dollars of repair - the small amount of tile that was placed was placed not in the design designated by me - damage to materials provided by me rendering them unusable (a whole box of tile was covered in grout and stuck together) - workers stayed for hours at a time with no supervision standing around doing nothing
