Overall it was average. I would use them again because their price is hard to beat and I am willing to deal with the other shortcomings of the company. California Closet and Closet Tec were twice the money and we were comparing apples to apples. Cozy closet had a good quality product but the workers were very strange...one was talking to himself and swearing. I did not have children around during install - Thank Goodness!! They did not finish one closet and we had to call three times to finally get them back in before we paid the bill. They did complete everything as promised and we are OK with everything.
