Needed new shingles on our house. Reps came to inspect the roof, had a full on presentation with Ipad and pics of our roof. Expect an attempt at upsell, be sure to ask questions for all options. Once we were comfortable with what we wanted, we scheduled. Appt was a month or so away, but an opening occurred...they called, we rescheduled, got it done even sooner. Did the work in a day, looked great! Had a small issue a week later after a lot of rain (small amount of water in basement around bottom of boiler chimney). Scheduled out for later in the week, but impending rain brought them sooner. Couldn't find an issue but resealed around chimney anyway. No issues since. Highly recommend, professional and timely. Cesar was our site rep.

The service was excellent. From the initial meeting with Claudio, who gave us an awesome price on the roof replacement was very personable and gave us the best options for our price range. His product knowledge was amazing and helped explain and showed us plenty of different materials samples and color options to choose from. He was also very kind and funny as well. The project manager on the job was Cesar, he was very knowledgable about the materials and suggestions and went above and beyond and inside our poorly ventilated attic during the blazing heat to inspect and then came back after to do the final inspection and also helped attach the vent hose to the outside roof vent. The install crew was amazing as well. They worked like a well-oiled machine and got the whole roof done in less than 1 day! During the install we had Tai, their photographer/videographer do an amazing job capturing the crew working and he also shared the beautiful finished shots with us. This company is top-notch when it comes to not just a customer service, but providing an entire customer experience that I will never forget! AMAZING!

They did and excellent and professional job from beginning to end. Project Manager Cesar Botelho came by 3 times to make sure the job was progressing properly. Cesar is a asset to this company. I recommend this company to my family and friends

Vicmanuel and Zaqueu Costa were punctual, professional and informative. This is my second experience with Couto Construction. My roof was replaced and I’m also having a door replaced. I can’t say enough good things about this company!!!

In 2020 my house needed a new roof so I decided to call around to a few reputable companies in the area. Sean M from Couto came by my house to talk to my wife and I about our options. We found that of all of the people we talked to that Sean was the most honest and upfront with us and didn’t seem to be trying to hide anything from us. We decided to go with Couto, and this is a decision I’m glad we made! When it was time to start the project we were lucky to have Cesar as our project manager. He was great to work with and provided my wife and I with picture and text updates when we were at work! The roof was done quickly and professionally and clean up was great! This year (summer 2021) we needed new siding and gutters on our house, and after our first experience with Couto decided to give them a call again. Sean came by and talked us through our options and worked with us to figure out which material/product was right for us! Again, when it came time for the work to begin we were lucky enough to have Cesar overseeing the project! He kept us updated throughout the project, and the crew was able to finish ahead of schedule! The whole neighborhood was impressed with the speed at which the project was completed, and the house looks amazing!

Richie was great! Most people try to screw you but he was honest with everything. Really appreciate the job he did! Totally would call Richie again at Couto!

As good as I would have hoped. Caesar oversaw all of the work. He answered all our questions and came through with all of our concerns. The job was done with a professional crew. It was done on time, the clean up what is total, and did not exceed their very competitive estimate. I have already suggested to others to use their services, and do so now without hesitation

Joseph and Jay from Couto did an excellent job for my roof repair! They arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and kept the work area clean. The step-by-step pictures they took during the repair were showed to me to verify the contract agreement. It’s very easy for me to understand the whole repair process and the area they focused. It went great. Cesar Botelho was the project manager. He was fantastic. He made sure everything was done timely and highly professional. I would definitely recommend couto Construction for any Home Improvement project and I would request Cesar Botelho also. You can't go wrong and I know you will not be disappointed.

On August 16, the masonry crew arrived to do the chimney work. They were prompt, prepared, and did their work with extreme professionalism. Richard and Genilson were expert, clean, and took two days to complete the repoint work on the 2 chimneys. On that first day, we also met Cesar Botelho, the Project Superintendent, who was checking in with us to see how work was progressing. On August 18, work began on the roof. Once again, the roofing crew arrived on time and began prep for the work. Once they were on the roof and did some investigating, they called Cesar to review scope of work. Cesar arrived within the hour, reviewed the crew;s discoveries, and immediately got me to show me what had been found - the old planks on the roof would not be sufficient to complete the work. We discussed solutions, best of which was to add new plywood deck. We agreed to the change order, and material orders were placed. After a brief 5-day break due to delivery of materials and the hurricane (during which Cesar and I communicated a few times), work resumed on the roof on August 24. The crew worked through 3 hot days to complete the roof installation, eaves and rakes, and gutter installation. Each and every day, Cesar was on site to make sure that progress was as we expected, and that we were satisfied with the work. Every day, the crew was on site until everything in the yard was cleaned of all debris before they left for the day. I was totally satisfied with the work done by Cesar, the crews, and Couto Construction. They were totally transparent, expert at their work, and professional beyond my expectations. I am appreciative of their service and communication with me throughout the project, and could not be happier with the results. They also impressed my neighbors with their cleanliness and work ethic. We've gotten many compliments on the work.

Totally satisfied with all the work that Cesar and his crew performed. They all showed up on time, they were all so pleasant and respectful. Each day before leaving they all made sure everything was put away and cleaned up. The work was phenomenal and noticed by all our neighbors who all commented on how hard they all worked and how nice it all looks. Cesar Botelho and his crew should be very proud of the wonderful work that they did! Kudos to Couto!!!

Appointment Center manager Michelle was very pleasant and helpful. How nice it was to actually speak with a person than an answering machine. Showed up on time showed up every day . Polite and courteous to me and my wife. Michelle always answered my questions and answered my calls. Great Company

The process from beginning to end was very professional. Consistent communication and pictures of the the work being performed from beginning to end. Ceasar the project manager was excellent to work with. He and his crew got the job done on budget on time and cleaned up around the entire house. I highly recommend Couto Construction for any of your exterior home projects.

To be honest, we were very apprehensive with this project. We knew that for us we would need to find a company that we could sit down, talk to and feel that we were being heard. We’ll we did just that with Couto’s. From the very first meeting with James to provide us with selection and choices of materials we would be able to view. Next we met Carlos, the Project manager who walked thru with my husband and explained how the process would work. Then we met Caesar and his crew. Once the work started, Caesar made us feel that we were in good hands. Everyday he would either start or end his day checking in with us with regards to what and where we were at in the process. The most amazing thing to me was that on the first day that they began, I came home from work and I would have sworn no construction had been started. The yard was immaculate! Everyday they cleaned as if they were done with the project. Every single employee of this group were kind, courteous and professional. We cannot praise this team enough. Caesar, Tony and the remainder of the crew worked hard and efficiently. We gladly advertise their sign in our yard and will continue to praise them to anyone who will listen. My roof was about 25 years old when I discovered a small water stain in my dining room. I called Couto Construction because they had an online presence, and the reviews were good. It seemed like an established company rather than “a guy with a truck.” Tyler M. came to my home to inspect the roof and the stain. It seemed as though I would need a full roof replacement; not shocking because of the age. Tyler explained the process to me in detail, and the cost associated with each package. My heart was sold on Couto, but I opted to get another quote from a less-established company. Their offerings were somewhat similar, but a little less expensive, so I chose the other company. Needless to say, when the other company promised to come out and never showed - twice, for different reasons - I went with my gut back to Couto. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, the communication, and the efficiency of the team. I had a scheduled date (weather permitting), but they were able to squeeze me in the week prior. The crew arrived right on time, followed by Cesar B., the project manager. He was very honest and let me know that I did have some rotten wood that needed to be replaced, but fortunately it was covered under my contract. We touched base again mid-day, and he sent me pictures of the roof. The roofers finished EXACTLY when Cesar said they would. I couldn’t believe it! The finished product looks unbelievable; it’s like a whole new house! I would absolutely go with Couto when it’s time to replace my windows and add siding. Do not choose a random company based on price!!! Couto has financing available and their warranties are excellent. I have already recommended them to a friend who is looking to replace his roof. I’m sure he will be as happy as I am.

From Claudio coming out to estimate the price of the job to Eddy’s leadership managing the project on site, all aspects of this project were done in a precise, methodical and impeccable way. Leading to an overall excellent experience for my wife and I. We were able to trust the whole team with their decisions and it led to a beautiful result. We give kudos to Coutu for a job well done!

Appointment was made to just check on the work they did a year ago by replacing the roof. Matt L and his partner did a visual inspection and actually pointed out some issues with the gutters. Was able to give me a quote on the spot and once they had all the materials completed the job the same day. I really appreciated that Matt pointed out the downspout they were going to use was scratched and he would be back to replace it with a new one.

Awesome company. Matt and Justin came to check on an issue with my windows and were excellent.
