Rob worked with GC who remodeled the house. On completion, I asked him if he wanted to do caretaking work. For the last two years, he has made minor repairs and made sure that season fixes were completed: pipe draining, air conditioning service, responding to sump pump emergencies.
I decided to add a half bath. He assembled the electrician and the plumber and performed the rough and finished carpentry himself. He completed the job on schedule and with very high quality. The price was very fair. I am pleased with the work and more importantly my wife is too!
