The end result is very positive. The porch looks brand new with new vinyl lattice work around footing, two-story porch decks painted with slip-resistant paint, all balusters neatly painted. The roof rehab was especially impressive, completely redone. When Israel's assistant did not follow specifications exactly, Israel came back and did everything needed to make porch look perfect. I am satisfied and would hire Israel again.
