+ 1 moreThe end result is very positive. The porch looks brand new with new vinyl lattice work around footing, two-story porch decks painted with slip-resistant paint, all balusters neatly painted. The roof rehab was especially impressive, completely redone. When Israel's assistant did not follow specifications exactly, Israel came back and did everything needed to make porch look perfect. I am satisfied and would hire Israel again.
Description of Work: My two-story back porch was in terrible shape, with gaping hole in roof overhang and rusting nails everywhere from previous contractor. Israel Aponte fixed roof, remediated rusty nails, and painted porch from top to bottom.
