Diagnosis was correct -- defect in faucet internals that would require parts no longer available. We ordered a new faucet from a plumbing supply house and Leo returned when the new faucet arrived and installed it promptly. Quality work, clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Pleasant, easy to deal with. Would definitely use again.

The work was excellent. They have also done other plumbing works for me before.  I will use them again.

I have used them for years and they are fantastic. They also do all kinds of plumbing works. They have done complete re-works of my plumbing since I bought this house. They are reliable, always stay within budget and do not recommend anything that you do not need. They have the same workers they had about twenty years ago and who are well known. I would definitely use them again.

Their fabulous. We've used all these company for over forty years so they are wonderful, we wouldn't trust other people.

When we called Leo, he was responsive and punctual.  When Leo arrived at our home, he was very
professional and did a great job explaining what was happening. He re-pipe the
section of the kitchen drain by using 2? 4 band clamp, DCO and PVC pipe and
fittings. After Leo consolidated the pipes, everything was better than it was
before it got messed up. I will recommend him to any one that needs plumbing.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking into the cabinet below. Leo came by on a Friday to check it out and said the faucet was broken and needed to be replaced. We went to a kitchen and bath store over the weekend and found a replacement. Leo came back Monday morning and replaced the faucet. While he was there we also had him tighten a loose toilet and fix a broken bath tub drain. Leo was punctual, polite, clean, and efficient. The one thing we found annoying was Leo was training a new guy. We were fine with the additional guy there for training, we just didn't think we should have to pay the rate and a half for the extra guy. The additional guy wasn't needed and the training cost should not have been passed onto us. I will use Colpitts again but will be sure to ask next time.

Have used Coplpitts for many years for minor and major plumbing repairs. removed old boiler and hot water heater and installed new efficiently and on schedule.

It went very well from start to finish. Very professional, clean and polite.

They were great. Leo got back to me quickly after I left a message on Colpitt's answering machine. He arrived as scheduled and quickly went to work. They were very friendly and considerate -- and most importantly, they fixed the problem. The problem with our jacuzzi tub is more involved, so we've put that off for another time.

The leak is fixed and the price was fair. Something I would like to had...I had a flag in my front yard which was held with duct tape. He took it upon himself and installed a pipe on the flag.

I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE QUICK, ASKED IF THERE WERE OTHER THINGS THEY COULD DO IF THEY HAVE THE EXTRA TIME. FRIENDLY AND DO GREAT WORK. COST IS COMPETITIVE.
