Before putting the house for sale, we needed a company which cleans our windows quickly. A person came to give an estimate during the weekend, and the crews came to clean the windows sparkling clean the next Monday. We are very pleased with their service.

Linda Tollins and her team are excellent! Linda was very professional on the phone and answered all of my questions. I told her that we were in a bit of a rush to get this done and asked if she could "squeeze" us into her schedule this week. She said that she was booked solid, but that she'd make it work, and she did! Her team came to our house 3 days after my initial phone call. They were quick and thorough. My house sparkles! The arrived on time, removed all the storm windows, and washed all the windows inside and outside. They did a great job. The windows were spotless.
The only issue is that the glazing is loose on some of our windows and some small pieces came off during the cleaning. I had to vacuum the space between the sash windows and storm windows. This wasn't a big issue given the great price. Other comparable bids were 1.5 to 2 times as much. Some people might be annoyed by this.

They were very responsive, friendly, and timely. They did high quality work for a good price. They power washed a few extra areas for no charge, which was nice. And they did a good job washing the windows. But I had 2 problems, for which I gave them a "D" for professionalism. First, they left without washing one of the windows, because a bush blocked where their ladder needed to go. They should have either called me about it or left me a note, and proactively made arrangements to come back and clean it from inside the house. Instead, they just left a bill for the full price, and I had to discover the unwashed window on my own. After I called them about it, they came back the next day, apologized, and cleaned the window. The second problem was that they dropped cigarette butts on my driveway, which is completely unprofessional and inexcusable. Fortunately for them, this is something they can easily fix in the future. (Can any smokers out there please explain to me why it's OK to litter cigarette butts, but not other trash, even though cigarette butts are much more disgusting for others to pick up? I guess you need to be a smoker to understand that logic. I don't get it.)

It was a pleasantly easy interaction. From the initial phone call to set up the appt. to the execution of the work it was seamless. They come when they say, do a FANTASTIC job and the leave the house in perfect shape. I have started using them on an annual basis. They may not be the least expensive but they are very much worth every penny!

From estimate to finished job they were very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. The crew was very nice and made all my windows sparkle. I am very happy with the services I received.

One of the principals came out on a Sunday and provided a quick estimate. I knew from that meeting that these were the people I wanted.
They could do the job a little more than a week later (you want someone who is busy...right?? ) and the price was reasonable.
They were early and quite friendly. Went right to work and did a very thorough job. When they came inside to clean the light fixture, they removed their shoes without being asked... We hadn't yet replaced the screens from painting so they were of no consequence, but they did ask to unlock the windows... though they were prepared to do it, I ran and did it while they brought up the ladders.
Once the windows were done, I asked them on a whim if they might do the chandelier...quoted me a quick price and asked if we wanted to do it now... sure. In truth it was the first real cleaning that light had seen since it's installation many years ago as I could see no way to get to it. Not a problem for these guys I was so impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work that I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
ps.. had small problem but these folks bent over sideways to resolve it... now THATS the hallmark of a professional !

Responded immediately to email and scheduled as I wanted. They showed up exactly when they said and did a terrific job including windows which had fixed (screwed on) storms and 6 french doors.

Had a really good experience. They were one of the few companies willing to take on a new residential customer (most I called only wanted commercial work). They sent a 4-man crew who did a really, really thorough job on all 8 apartments. They were very careful about keeping interiors clean (taking off shoes etc.), and gave good advice about keeping the windows in good condition. Everyone in the building was very happy.

The Tollins people washed my first floor windows in December. The scheduling people were helpful in fitting me in as I was trying to get it done before a holiday party. They were right on time, and very efficient and clean.They did a beautiful job. Now I have to have them come back and do the 2nd floor!

Went well. They scheduled me at the first available time slot, which was about 2 weeks from the date of my call. I gave them the wrong window type - I said my windows were casement but they're not. Linda noticed this while using google streetview to get directions for her crew. She called me and let me know the type of windows I had (double hung, with 6 panes on top) would be more expensive. She wanted me to know before the appointment and to have a chance to cancel if I wanted. I was very impressed by this!

Tollins called and originally said that they were sorry but that they didn't have any appointments left before the holidays (I called them around the 12th of December or so.) We had a great talk and I really wanted to use them, but also wanted to get this done before the holidays. They said they would send someone out to do an estimate anyway. And I agreed. Later that day, I got a call from them saying they had had a cancellation and could fit me in. I was ecstatic. They came the next day, did the estimate and came a week later to do the work. They were clean, efficient and professional. I didn't even have to take my curtains down. I'd use them again. The windows look spectacular.

These guys were great. Fast, thorough - awesome! Pointed out sun damage and scratches done by painters. Will only use Tollins in the future (and will not wait so long to wash them again)!

I have used Tollins before to do all my windows. So, I knew how professional and efficient they were. A crew of 6 workers came to my home and washed the inside and outside of each window and sliding glass door, as well as a chandelier that I had not been able to reach to clean on my own. They had ladders that even reached the 3rd story in the back of my house. They were quick, pleasant, and left all my windows spotless. No mess, no fuss. They are the only company that I trust to completely clean my windows!

It was our first time ever doing this with a professional team and we'll never go back to doing it ourselves. They were prompt, efficient, clean, and they educated us on how to maintain the great finished look. Team of 3 guys did whole house in 3 hours, inside and out.

My experience with Tollins was extremely positive. My windows hadn't been cleaned properly in years and I was extremely satisfied with the results. They truly sparkle! Everyone, from the woman in the office to the guys who cleaned the windows, was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. I have many windows (almost all with storms) in my 4,000 square foot home but was surprised that it only took about 3.5 hours to clean all of them. The cleaning crew wasn’t rushed; they were just very efficient. I will certainly be calling upon them yearly now.

I believe I paid them a little over $700 on their services. I don’t have the records right here. It was $750 or something like that. They did a very good job. I haven’t had my windows cleaned probably since thirty five years. I’m not in a position to evaluate relatively with the other window cleaners. I hired them because their reviews were good on Angie’s list and they lived up to what everybody said about them. I will use their services again in the future if I need to.
