This is the third time I have used Tollins to clean my windows after going many years not attending to this important house chore. Not only do they do a wonderful job, show up on time and float through the house quietly but I trust them to be in my home whether I am there or not.  The type of family business, focused on customer service, that we all so appreciate.

Great and better than great.  I have a three story house with lots and lots on windows.  All sparkly clean.

In the 4 years since I had new windows installed in my condo, I just didn't clean them.  Gradually they got so dingy that I couldn't ignore it anymore.  They are Pella windows which, I found, are impossible to tilt in so that their exteriors can be cleaned.
Before I contacted Tollins Window Cleaning, I tried two other window cleaning firms, both recommended on Angie's List.  Neither one returned my call.  But when I called Tollins, there was actually a live person on the other end, and I was able to set up an appointment.
It turned out I was calling in prime season, and the earliest anyone could see me was in three weeks.  That was acceptable. 
As scheduled, and on time, a 3-man work crew from Tollins came to my house on August 4, 2014.  They cleaned all 15 windows, inside and out, plus the screens; also, two deck doors.  The whole job took less than an hour.  And for $182?  I couldn't believe it, considering the quality of the work.
The windows have never been so clean.  I can't recommend Tollins enough.  I will definitely have them back next year.

All work was done when scheduled and for the estimated fee.  Very professional.  I would definitely use them again.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the service Tollins Window Cleaning provided. Linda was very pleasant to deal with, and we appreciated her getting us scheduled before our out of town company arrived for a 1 week stay. The staff showed up on time (early, in fact), the job took about the length of time Linda said it would, all of the workers were very polite and professional, and our windows look great. We just had our house painted last fall, and the power washing left our windows very dirty. Tollins did a great job and we will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They responded promptly to my call and we scheduled the service of a couple of weeks before a big summer party at my house.S Someone came out and took a look at the windows and I was given a price for the job.  It was reasonable.  A couple of days before they called because they had a cancellation and were able to do my job a bit early.  
On the day of the cleaning 3 guys showed up on time and worked steadily for about 2.5 hours.  Even though my windows allow cleaning from the inside, they clean the outside and then the inside without using the window's mechanisms.  When done, they close the windows and lock them.  
When they left I came down and was pleased with the work: the windows looked marvelous!

Gave advance notice of their arrival. Very thorough job as some areas were quite soiled. Would highly recommend for this type of service and also for their window cleaning which I have used for many years.

3+ workers showed up. Worked for 3 hours. All windows look beautiful. I would use again!

They did a good job cleaning both the inside and outside including storm windows.

They did a good job.  They did a nice job and they called and they came when they said they were.  They are very accurate what they set on this line.  It was good on the price.

The Tollins were incredibly professional. They made an appointment to give me an estimate and came when they said they would. They scheduled a time to clean the windows and arrived on time even though it was raining and did a great job. One of the guys on the crew noticed that we had a light bulb out on a chandelier that is high up in our home and volunteered to set up his ladder and change it for us. This is a well run family business. Linda, the daughter, manages all of the calls and is incredibly nice and personable, and her dad, who does the estimates, it top notch and professional. I will definitely use Tollins again!

Tollins has been out to our house numerous times and we have always been very pleased with their work. They've done gutter cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing. The price is fair, they are well organized and professional, and do good quality work. We look forward to their next visit.

We recently moved into an older house that had been vacant for well over a year. After doing the major repairs we wanted to have our windows cleaned. Looked on Angie's List and based on so many great reviews gave Tollins a call. Even though they were very busy Linda was able to book me in before Thanksgiving. Her father Marty came to our home and looked at the job. We have lots of windows, many are 8 over 8, plus we had some large picture windows with mullions. And as I mentioned they were filthy. The storms and screens were a mess with many being jammed in the tracks. I got an estimate and Linda called the day before to confirm the appointment. She was a real pleasure to work with. Her husband Bill showed up on a Saturday morning with Asa. The two of them worked non-stop until practically dark. I cannot say enough good things. They were always smiling, cleaned up as they went, got all the storms back where they belonged, and even cleaned the garage windows.. Our house looked AMAZING when they finished. Bill even remarked that they were some of the dirtiest windows they had even done and the next time they came it should not take as long. I was just glad they did it right, rather than fast.
Of all the money we spent on getting the house back in shape I have to say the window cleaning was my favorite. The sunlight is now streaming in and the house looks great. I only regret not posting this review earlier. I will definitely be calling Tollins again.

Tollins was fast efficient, arrived on time and did an excellent job. Called before job with reminders and was very professional on the phone. Other places I called I was not able to reach and their call back messages were difficult to understand.

The windows look amazing.  The crew showed up on time.  very nice, very professional.  I would definitely recommend and hire the again.

They were great. I have a lot of windows and glass doors, so it is a big job to wash inside and out. They offered to come back if there were steaks or anything was missed (I did not need to call them back).

Tollins was great - prompt and courteous customer service when I called for a quote.  They came to the house the next day (without me needing to be home) and gave me a quote that same day.  When they came to clean, they were on time, professional, and did an excellent job - even changing the batteries in a hard to reach smoke detector.  I definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
