They were very helpful to me. I needed the work done very quickly because I was selling my house. They managed to find time for me because I was a previous customer a number of years ago. I was more than happy with everything they did and I appreciated their concern with the timeliness of it. They were very responsive and came out right away because they knew I needed to get the job done quickly. I spoke to the owner's wife. She went to the trouble of looking me up in their old records to see my last time I had their service. She appreciated the fact that I was a repeat customer. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my situation. She was very helpful and cordial. She could not have been nicer.

Timely, professional, pleasant

The guys worked on the inside of the house, moving furniture when necessary and putting everything back once they were done. There was no evidence that they had been there, aside from the bright sparkly windows. I hire them each year...it's amazing how dirty the windows get over time, and what a difference the cleaning makes. The company is a delight to work with -- on time, honest, clean, fastidious in their work.

I have noticed over a few months that we have clogged downspouts in front and in a few areas on the side of the house. I called Tollins based on their website, having seen their trucks working around Needham, and Angie's List ratings. I spoke with them and they scheduled an on-site estimate for Friday - they did not show until Saturday. They provided an estimate of $150 for the gutter cleaning which I thought was reasonable given the condition of the downspouts which I pointed out needed special attention. A two men crew came on 9 June and performed the work. During the next heavy rain I noticed that two of the downspouts were still clogged. I tackled one myself and called them to redo the other. They were very responsive, coming that hour with a crew of 4! They took apart the downspout, removed the blockage and reinstalled the downspout taking care to not damage the roof cables. Unfortunately they did not bring a hose to re-flush the gutters. I immediately called to thank them for their responsiveness and the gutters and downspouts are now working appropriately. The price was $150 as quoted. I would use them again, due to their responsiveness, but a urge them to be more comprehensive on their first visit, as they were aware the downspouts were a problem in advance.

Very smoothly and quickly. I was afraid I would have problems with the humidity and the fact that many of the storm windows had been mixed up by the painters I'd used a few years ago. Nothing prevented the three crew members from completing the job perfectly.

The company overall is wonderful. The woman in the office was very helpful and friendly. The crew who came to clean the windows was very professional and so polite. They worked very well together and did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. They exceeded my expectations. I paid exactly what I was quoted. The nice thing is that they do the screens and sills as part of the overall service. It is not an extra charge.

They came when they promised and did the correct work. The workers were clean and polite. We were charged exactly what they said they would make us pay. I would recommend them.
