I worked with Adriano Varano on the sale of my mother’s house in Needham. The house trust was hung up in Massachusetts Land Court for over a year, so I had a longer than usual relationship with Adriano. He was the soul of patience during a long and tedious wait, always energetic and encouraging. He and his assistant Beth did an impeccable job marketing the house, staging it, and getting it sold very quickly in this fall’s down market. Varano Realty is a first-class operation. Adriano is the truly best in class. We had an outstanding experience with him from start to finish and refer him to any and every friend that is looking to buy or sell a home. Adriano and his team were incredible. They went above and beyond every step of the way. From showing homes to negotiating an offer to inspection and closing, Adriano is the most caring, engaged, and knowledgeable real estate agent we have ever met. And even after the closing, when several issues arose, Adriano went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Adriano and his team. From Adriano's initial assessment and analysis of the market and where my home fit into that (I was amazed at the time and thought which went into the assessment he prepared), to the preparation which went into putting the house on the market, and the incredible initial weekend where 7 fantastic offers came in, to the acceptance of the offer and sale, everything completely exceeded my expectations and could not have gone more smoothly. Adriano and his team are the best! They are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the market, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We started our selling process a little behind the schedule since we were also dealing with the moving process. Adriano came to the house with a big smile and quickly put everyone's mind at ease. He is never pushy or sneaky like certain other agent in Needham that we also talked to. He is a great listener and most importantly, very honest. From staging, the open house and subsequent steps leading to the final closing, he and his team were there every step of the way. Carlos Vidal, who works within this practice was my realtor. He was extremely professional and patient with me. He worked with me diligently and tireless through about 6 months to find me a place that met my location, size and cost need. He always went above and beyond to meet my schedule. He was extremely punctual, a good listener, a good negotiator and responsive. Buying a house is stressful but he made it as pleasant and painless for me as possible for which I am grateful to him.
