Rick Ryan is a gem. Professional, fast working, and responsive. I recommend him completely.

Mr. Ryan did an excellent job. I called him around noon and he came the next day early in the morning and was very friendly towards me and my tenants. Remarkably, he had the spare parts in his van and he was able to do the work right away. He was courteous, and he explained everything. It is difficult for me to to imagine that anyone else could have done such a great job at such reasonable rates. It is obvious that he is very skilled in his profession.

He was excellent. He showed up exactly on time, quickly assessed the problem and finished up equally fast. It wasn't a complicated fix (dryer needed a new belt), but I was impressed with how efficient he was. Pleasant guy, too.

My experience with them was good. The guy came over and fixed the appliance very quick. He was a nice guy and he was very good. He explained everything to me, he showed me what's wrong and gave me some suggestions.

They are very good. I didn't have any big issue with my dryer and other. They come on time. They were very polite. I would not use them again.

the whole process took almost 2hrs.. but he did what was necessary and explained what was needed.. he answered my phone call right away, he was at another site and said that he would be at my house at a certain time and he was there.. brought in towels and whatever he thought he might need to clean up the water .. he explained what the problem was, gave me a price to fix it.. when I agreed he went right to work.. and I was busy with my grandson.. he was sweet to him ., He did a great job put everything back and cleaned everything up.. A nice quiet gentleman who just did his job and was more than pleasant to deal with.. I would recommend his company to anyone..and if the need arises would most definetly call him again..

I have been living with a washer that didn't drain all the way for over 6 months. I had to respin it all the time. Rick fixed it and now it works great. Had I known about Rick earlier, I would have saved myself a lot of trouble. I also asked him to come back and fix my refrigerator and he did a great job with that, as well.

Left a message on a Sunday night and received a call Monday morning at 7:30 am. The work was completed by 1 that same afternoon. Quick, professional and the fridge and freezer are working again!

Prompt response to our telephone call. Was able to schedule a visit within a a day or so. Also gave us some good advice about dealing with an odor from our washing machine.

They came over to fix a ventilation hose on my dryer so it wouldn't overheat and it only took about 30 mins. I had never worked with them before but they were great. They were very helpful and the price was right. I would recommend them.
