They were professional and thorough. My windows look fabulous and they left my home spotless. There were 6 cleaners who worked quickly and quietly to clean the 30+ windows and skylights in my home. I was very impressed.

They were on time. Very very particular about taking their shoes off when they were in the house, and they were exceptionally quiet. If I wasn't here looking at them I wouldn't even had known they were in my house. Very very professional! The windows are beautiful!

Melo and his assistant did an excellent job on all three tasks. The roof had areas of moss, which they cleaned and zinc treated. The decks were power washed and two days later they were painted. The windows look perfect.

Although I am very happy with the results, I was shocked by the price. M Annis told me the cost would be about $10 per window. Half way through the work, they told me I would be paying $800 for window washing. I was told that I had around 42 windows, so I am not sure how the math worked on this job. When it was time to pay, I asked for a breakdown, but they only told me how many windows and screens were washed. I really wanted to understand how the invoice was so high (neighbors with the same size house pay around $400), but I still do not understand. I did end up getting a 5% discount for being an Angie's list customer, but the cost of this service will prohibit me from using M Annis again.

I had expected them at 3, but they came at 2. Luckily, my finace was home so this was not an issue for us. There were 3 guys and they got working right away. They took down every screen and cleaned those outside, they did a very throrough job on the windows and went about their work quickly and quietly. We had to make sure that our indoor cats didn't jump out any open windows, so we worked with them on leaving the cats in the closed bedroom. When they had to work in that room, I moved the cats. This worked well, there was a bit of a language barrier for me and one of the guys, so I wasn't certain he completely understood that the cats would actually jump out the open window...But, I'm a neurotic cat mom. All in all, things went well with the cat coordination.
One note: they all wore their shoes in the house and they had to go in and out. There was a bit of tracked dirt. And there was a bit of dust, paint chips that came down from the windows that they did not vaccum up before they left. I don't mind this, but I can see others being upset about that.
The price was a few dollars more than expected (because I miscounted my own windows). And I did call the office to confirm that there was a 5% Angies list discount. Quick answer, and no issues there.
My windows are beautiful and gleaming. I could totally see using these guys in the future.

They did a great job. My house has all kinds of windows (double-sash windows with triple-track storms, casements, tilt-in replacement windows, some very old windows with diamond-shaped mullioning). Some of them haven't been washed in more than a decade. They cleaned all windows, storms, and screens, and vacuumed out all of the window wells. When I called to make an appointment, the guy who answered the phone gave me a very solid ballpark estimate. The pricing structure is very transparent and is based on the type of window you have and what they're doing (e.g., only the windows, windows + storms, windows + storms + screens). The final price was within $30 of the estimate he gave me over the phone. I'm very happy, and I'm planning to have them come annually to do this.

I was looking for someone to clean Gutters that hadn't been cleaned out in several years. after a couple of deadends with other companies (no return phone calls) I tried M. Annis. spoke to some one on the phone right away and she told me some one would probably come this week but in the afternoon when I wouldn't be home. They actually came that same afternoon and I almost missed they had been there because was absolutely no evidence of gutter cleaning in my yard. I am very pleased, felt the price was fair and would use them again.
