M & M Sprinkler Systems

M and M did an outstanding job: All involved were a pleasure to work with. Matt came out, figured out what was needed, gave a reasonable bid. (That may have come shortly afterwards in the mail.. not sure). They were flexible, and came when Weston Nurseries had planted the gardens. It was a challenging job: some plants are on slopes. The sprinklers are excellent and kept the flowers going! We were temporarily challenged on how to adjust the water levels; someone came out to explain it, and change what we needed. All in all, we happily will continue to use them to maintain their system, and recommend them super highly!

They are fantastic. They are extremely reasonably priced and extremely dependable. They clearly know what they are doing unlike some of the companies out here that hire whomever to come and do stuff and have no clue. I have had neighbors who have had their lines blown up. The people who work for M and M Sprinkler Systems are long term; they don't turnover very often. We have had the same man servicing our system for the last ten years. They are an amazing company. They are small, but they are very reliable. We have absolutely had a pretty good experience with them. They are very inexpensive compared to other sprinkler systems. They are better priced than a lot of the other lawn systems that I know people have. They keep their pricing. They haven't changed the price to turn the system off and on for the past ten years; it's been the exact same price. Their service calls are very reasonable. They don't charge an hourly fee when they come out. They charge the fee on what they are doing, like blowing out the system or if there is a clog in the line, which we had a couple of years back. They didn't charge anything extra because we are here for quite some time. Turn on is one fee and turn off is another fee. If they have to replace a head, they don't charge us an hourly rate; they charge us for the head. We don't pay for the cost of the head plus an hourly rate from the time they hit our driveway, which some of the companies do. Everyone I have sent them to has adopted them completely. I will call and say that I am going to be home on this day and that I would like to have the system turned on and ask them what they have available. I would specifically want the person who has been servicing it and they set it up. If I give them a week's notice, they come on the day I want and at the time I want. They are very punctual. They are very responsive to what we need. If I suddenly have a head not working, within a couple of days' time, they will arrange for someone to come and replace the head. They are very good about taking care of their customers.
