20 doll.ar charge to pickup rugs .got a estimate 163.00.turn around time was 2 weeks.what really took place.lost 2 of the rugs,we had to go to warehouse to see if could pick out rugs .we easily found it.we perfectly destrited it over phone ,it was unique at the ends,they were too thick to find it.they also they burned of the small rugs .to add insult to injury they now wanted 353.00 .they brought it down to 263.00.what humanaterians,see you in court.oh I almost forgot this great job took 1 month.
