The end result was good, but I found him to be very difficult to reach by phone and communication in general was poor. He seemed like he was often ticked off about something.

THOUGH THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN COMING BY FOR THE INITIAL VISIT, THEY NEVER CAME THROUGH WITH A QUOTE, AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I HAVE SINCE HEARD FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT THEY HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE.
