I was having trouble with a slow computer. A friend of mine had gotten help from Will at Hipernet. I e-mailed and Will was extremely helpful. He arranged to pick up my computer a couple of days later and returned it the next day with an invoice explaining what he had done. I was home for pickup and he spent a while explaining to me what the problem was, what he did to fix it, and what I might do in the future. Essentially he figured out that I was running a lot of programs I didn't need and he dissected out what I did and didn't want to have running. He clearly loves what he does and wants his customers to understand how to get the most out of their technology.
