Brian worked on a project for us as a carpenter. He asked for most of the money up front and and failed to complete the worked promised. we went after him legaly and when he figured out that he would loose, he filed bankruptcy. DO NOT TRUST HIM or USE HIM for carpentry. he is also listed as a plumber.
He missed five dedline that he promised in writting, text and verbally. We almost did not get our occupancy permit because of him.
the workmanship was substandard on the cabinets and the finish did not match from door to door and was poorly applied.
After the fifth time of not finishing we fired him and had to bring in another cabinet maker to finish the kitchen. as well as a refinishing company to come in and strip the cabinets in place and refinish them. To fix and finish his work it cost us another 20 thousand dollars.
