+ -1 moreThe woman who helped me was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The larger sources I called, such as G.E., Sears, and the larger parts hot lines were unable to locate what I needed to find. I'm certain that the difference is because Atlantic Appliance is an old-fashioned (if big!), hands-on company whose staff are more familiar with the various appliances and parts. The larger sources use telephone and catalogs, and my guess is that they don't know much about the actual appliances in question (though of course I don't know that for sure).
Description of Work: They found a hard-to-find replacement part for my refrigerator.
