Leon Chen and Josue were terrific. Leon answered all my questions, returned phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. They basically tore my kitchen apart after a flood and reassured me all would turn out well. Would hire them again any time.

I was fortunate to have met Leon Chen after paying ServPro way too much to do a lousy job of remediating mold at my mother's West Roxbury condo. Leon was attentive, communicative, punctual, and he and Josue did a fantastic job doing what ServPro didn't, couldn't, or wouldn't. In addition to the remediation, he also hauled away items that I was planning on throwing away and saved me a ton of time and work. After the job was done, Leon stayed in constant touch so he could see the air quality test results. All Dry reduced the mold spores per cubic meter by 96% and when he saw that the toxic spores were still a little higher than we'd like, he immediately insisted on going back to the condo and performing another round of remediation at no extra charge. He also insisted that I don't mail him a check for the work until the air quality in the condo reaches acceptable levels. Leon gave me a 100% guarantee that we'd be satisfied with All Dry and he's delivered in every way. He's scheduled to go back to the condo Monday and Tuesday, and I'm confident the air quality will reach acceptable levels so my mother can finally put her condo on the market. I can't recommend Leon and All Dry enough. If you have mold issues, hire All Dry now. You'll be glad you did.

Just had these guys help me out and it was the easiest and best service ever! I had a couch that got some mold while in storage for 2 months and they were able to come out the next day and take care of it. Leon was the one I spoke to the most and he was incredibly understanding and helpful since I don't know anything about mold or how to take care of it. I'd give them 100 stars if I could!

Leon was amazing! He was professional, timely and very responsive. He quickly scheduled a free assessment of a mold issue in the sunroom of the apartment I rent and worked with my landlord to remediate it. Leon was clean and efficient - in and out in one day. 10/10 would recommend!
