Podzka Landscape offers an awesome and professional service. My lawn always looks awesome after the guys are finished with their work. Wayne, the owner, is very receptive to my needs. He keeps in contact and has great ideas. I love the work they do at our home.

I use them all the time, they are my landscaper. They do landscaping and snow removal. It took an hour complete the work. It was a spring clean up, so 4 people came. They are very responsive, very professional and they just do a nice job with the spring clean up. I have always used them.

I've worked with Wayne over the past several years (mostly spring clean-up landscaping work) and I've had a positive experience each time.  For this spring, I was interested in replacing my front steps and walkway.  He listened to the work I wanted done and then prepared a detailed quote and clearly outlined the scope of the work and the cost.  He even took the time to meet us at a local distributor to pick out the materials.  His team arrived on time and did a great job.  Wayne came by after the job was complete for an inspection and make sure I was happy with the work.  The walkway and stairs look great!  I will definitely call upon Wayne in the future for any additional landscaping work.

During Wayne's visit to provide the quote, he was able to understand the request, and provide a very cost-effective solution for the work.  Very Professional to deal with, and provided detailed clarifications for any questions I had.  Job site was left in Better condition than I expected, and completed job was exactly as we had discussed.  In summary:  Excellent, Quality Work at Very Reasonable Price -- will continue to be Repeat Customer.

In anticipation of the upcoming sale of our family's 18th century colonial, regular basement flooding needed to be prevented by intercepting runoff between the house and the adjacent driveway, and at the basement of the adjacent barn. I am a drainage design engineer who had a concept for how to resolve the flooding and related problems, and Wayne's crew installed hundreds of feet of perforated subsurface drains, clean-outs and outlet pipes in 2 new systems, including tying in roof downspouts, and performed grading, surface restoration and many related improvements. He performed the work quickly, and addressed many items that were encountered including removal of a number of trees, massive boulders, fence section replacement, and reconstruction of a boulder wall.
Wayne and his crew performed excellent work on the schedule they promised and for a reasonable cost. His crew worked hard and conscientously. Substantial extra work was performed, at very little additional cost in comparison to all the work performed. Wayne also provided extremely helpful suggestions for related house improvements.
I plan to have Wayne perform final landscape plantings and related improvements immediately prior to listing the house this coming Spring, and plan to have him perform landscaping at the new home we are purchasing nearby.

The work was done very professionally. We had the front walk replaced by pavers, the front steps replaced with granite. We added a side walkway to the back of the house. Wayne was very good in presenting a plan which included a photo of the front of the house along with the plants and walkway to be done. That was exttrememly helpful in picturing what it would look like before committing to a design. His team was on time each day and worked very well and there were some very hot days this June and July. They were conscious of keeping the place clean at the end of each day and of the neighbors properties. He checked progress each day and called to let me know what was coming next and if he had any ideas of changes. He also included some nice flowering plants at no extra charge. He was very easy to deal with and always returned your calls promptly. I would defintely use him again for a future project and recommend him to otheres. One of my neighbors is using him to put in some ppanys for th4 efronmt of thier house. At his recomndation we put sod in the front yard and just reseeded the rest of the place. His recomendations for shrubs were very good. We also wne tot the place where he buys them and talked with them about his choices and they agreed with almost all of them.

Wayne did a nice job building the patrio . Also clean up a small flower bed area and put stone on it. 
The crew are friendly and act fast. will use other service in the future.

Wayne brought the best ideas to the table and is a perfectionist in terms of quality of work and detail.   He brought his years of experience and designed the layout in great detail but left plenty of room for flexibility as the work evolved.   He has the right equipment and solved every landscaping challenge we ran into.  His team is top notch and friendly.   The final product looks great and more importantly, was done right.  I highly recommend him.

Wayne made several great suggestions during our initial meeting to which he arrived early and followed-up a second time to be sure he had his estimate correct.   Per his suggestion he installed lanscape fabric over the earth and 6 inches of kids' safe play chips.  When they were done with the play area, they laid and tamped down more fresh earth and grass seed over the part of the lawn they drove over.  He told us ahead of time that he would take care of the area but they did more than we expected.  The play area looks fantastic and will be perfectly safe.  He even left us more earth to bring up the level outside the box after the swingset is installed and made several additional suggestions that we could do for the installation of the swingset.  They worked really hard and were meticulous and thorough and reliable, well worth the money spent.

Wayne was the most responsive of any landscape company I contacted. He was always available by phone and quickly turned around an estimate. His workers were friendly and considerate and worked very hard for amost two whole days. The job was done promptly and to my satisfaction. Wayne personally came by numerous times to check on the progress and kept me updated on the work.  My yard and mailbox look great.

They came right at the time they say they will be here, did the work fast and left everything clean and organize. They seeded the yard were the trees and stumps used to be. They will coming back in spring to re-seed and work in the rest of the landscaping for our front and back yards.

We are very satisfied and would recommend him to anyone.

WHILE THAT TURNED OUT TO BE MOSTLY TRUE, HE'S TURNED THE WHOLE ORDEAL INTO SOMETHING VERY UNPLEASANT. ONE OF THE THREE PROJECTS WAYNE DID FOR US WAS ESTIMATED TO COST $5000. AFTER HE FINISHED THE PROJECT, WAYNE PRESENTED AN INVOICE FOR ABOUT $19,000! THE WORST PART IS THAT WAYNE IS ABSOLUTELY CONVINCED THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH HIS APPROACH AND THAT WE OWE HIM EVERYTHING. WE HAD A PAYMENT SCHEDULE THAT HE HAD TYPED UP AND PROPOSED BEFORE WORK BEGAN, YET HE ASKED FOR MONEY NEARLY EVERY DAY AND IGNORED THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE. WE FEEL BAD BECAUSE HE HAS THE ABILITY TO BE A GREAT AND CONSCIENTIOUS LANDSCAPER, BUT HAS DECIDED TO CHARGE AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF EXTRAS (WITHOUT EVER TELLING US THEY WOULD BE SO HIGH). WAYNE IS VERY BUSY AND IT SOMETIMES TAKES HIM A BIT OF TIME TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. SO FAR THE WAIT HAS BEEN WORTH IT.
