They were not thorough in their work and would suggest they cleaned areas that were left untouched.  While the owners are very lovely and personable, their workers are not as good as they used to be, and they were unwilling to address those issues.

One of their staff vacuumed over a pen that she didn't see, so it left a big ink stain on the carpet.  The owner tried to clean it up with something from a hardware store, which made it worse.  He then had a friend who cleaned the rug and proceeded to bleach my tan carpet white.  They also dripped the ammonia solution on my hardwood floor and removed some of the finish.  They offered to replace my carpet by use of another friend's services again, which I was uncomfortable with.  I asked for reimbursement with cash, but he didn't want to use his bonding insurance and said that the employee who did it would have to pay for the damage.  They came back to clean my townhouse, but they did a terrible job, so I stopped payment on my check.  They haven't addressed any of these issues.  I would like to be reimbursed for the damages, minus the amount I owe for past cleanings.
