Had Zack come to our house to fix our toilet. Took no time at all and gave some advice on next steps to prevent the problem from happening again. Also had him take a look at our pipes & boiler and was able to give advice on when to get these projects fixed.

Excellent job by Zack at Needham Plumbing and Heating. I was very frazzled with water seeping through my bathroom wall. He seemed to prioritize my emergency and came within a couple of hours to check it out. He immediately located the problem pipe and fixed it. He even had a large fan available to dry out the room. He came back early the next day to finish the job and neaten things up. I found his charge fair and reasonable and will definitely call him again. I was so glad to find a real professional!!!

I contacted Zack, who works under the company of Needham Plumbing and Heating. We saw an advertisement in the local Needham paper and contacted him. He came out to our house to give us an estimate. My furnace is about 20 years old and he checked it out to make sure it was still functioning well. We wanted to install an indirect water tank, but didn't know if our furnace was on its last leg since the indirect water tank is heated through the furnace. Zack told us it looked OK and provided us with quotes to get the indirect water tank installed only and separate quotes for the furnace. He discussed the different equipment and options we could choose as well as the pricing and maintenance requirements. He submitted written quotes to us via email and we decided to go with the 55 gal indirect water tank only since the furnace can be updated later on. Zack provided me with four references that all gave glowing praise to his work.
I decided to work with him and he informed me that he could start the following Monday. He showed up at 7:30am as he promised and worked through midday. We were without hot water for a day, which he informed us about. I think he probably could have finished if he worked till the end of day with us, but I understand that he had other commitments as well. There were no surprises here and he showed up the next morning. He was about 30 minutes late, but called to inform me as such - no big deal, but excellent professionalism just to call anyways. He installed the indirect tank, but needed the electrician to finish up the wiring. Unfortunately, his electrician got pulled to address another urgent situation, so we had to wait till the next day to get the install completed. Zack was able to get the tank wired in a basic manner to start giving us hot water. The next day, the electrician came and completed the work.
I appreciated the work here because Zack communicated well, was professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I would definitely call upon him in the future for any plumbing needs.

He's fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a neater, nicer person. He was very careful in removing the tile and he located and repaired the water leak. He replaced everything perfectly when he was done. He even came upstairs and plunged the upstairs toilet to make sure that was working correctly. I appreciate good workmanship, and he really was good.

He showed up on time, with everything needed, and the quality of materials and labor was top notch. No problems, and easy to work with. At the time I didn't realize he was on Angie's list, or I would have posted this review sooner. I was just looking on Angie's for an AC contractor, which he doesn't do, but I happened on his name and thought a review late was better than never.

Zack was terrific. He always returned calls. He always came on time. My washer/dryer unit is stackable and sits in a very small closet space. The connections are not easily accessible. It required a lot of manual effort and impressive acrobatics on Zack's part to get the work done. I got Zack's name from Angie's List and was extremely happy. I would definitively call him again for any plumbing or heating issues,and I am going to recommend him to any of my friends who need a plumber. The price included labor, material (I need some things replaced) and the permit ($44) from Town of Franklin.

Zack came within a few days of initial phone contact. The job was straightforward and took about 45 minutes. I was charged approx. $150 for this job which already reflected a 10% discount. He charged a lot for less than an hour's work. Another plumber did a similar job two years ago for me for 40% less.

Zack returned my call promptly. He was on time, very clean (took off shoes when entering the house), and explained everything thoroughly.
