MLB CONSTRUCTION

MLB aka Michael Bond left our job in the middle after receiving thousands for work not completed. Today - after repeatedly telling us he would be here to finish installing our floor (which he's been working on for over a month!) - he showed up not to work on our job or deliver the promised sliding glass door and skylights which we also ordered and paid for in full BUT to get his tools and leave for good with no notice or phone call. He left us high and dry and we just moved in to a less than half finished house with no kitchen or running water in bottom level. He is unprofessional, ill-equipt to handle a job like this, and untruthful. I would never recommend him to anyone. Stay far away from MLB Construction.

We had a large tree fall during one of the early winter storms and damage our deck. MLB Construction came and gave us an estimate, among other companies. We liked their promptness in returning our calls and showing up on time, their estimate was in the middle of the other ones. we checked references which were great and proceded with them. They were there for 2 days and our deck is as good as new and they finished the job under their original estimate. we have since used them two other times for other jobs and are still very pleased with them.
