Metro West Landscaping

After scheduling an appt. with him for a friday I got home from work on the friday and nothing had been done. I called him no respoinse so I began my search again for a new fall clean up man. A few days later when someone came to do an estimate he was their working. Supposedly he had texted me and said he was coming this specific day whatever... So I left him to his work. I don't have a very big yard at all but I do have quite a bit of trees. After a few days of still seeing alot of work left I called to see where he was and he said he texted me yet again and said he would be back to finish another day. I text hundreds of times a day and I have never had an issue of not getting a text..LIAR! Took him four days to complete this job simple clean up tak and he didn't even weed, trim the hedges, or remove the dead bush just cut it down to the stem. Only thing he did was remove the leaves but missed alot. I live in a condo so another unit was the one who gave him the payment for the job and this person had no idea what he was suppose to do so Dave got the check and went on his way without he doing all the agreed upon work.

Dave Paulini and his so called "Metro West Landscaping" company should be avoided at all cost.  While I knew going into this there was a risk hiring Dave, as his price was 1/3 of all other quotes I reveived, i wasn't expecting it to be THIS bad.  It took Dave over a month to get a "2-3 Day job" partially done.  After coming up with every excuse in the book for his delays I ended the working relationship before the job was completed and requested a refund (as I foolishly paid the balance of the job total prior to completion) and got agreement on an amount from Dave.  Since that conversation there has been NO contact with him....no response via phone, email, or text.
