It went quite well. It took a while for PJ to get started because of weather, but once we nailed down a date, he was here with an assistant and got the work done in a timely way

Given past experiences with contractors I was nervous about doing such a big remodel - I am almost a single woman and am sick of condescending contractors who inflate their prices and talk down to you. A neighbor had used PJ and raved about him and his team and the quality of work. I had met PJ but had not yet signed the contract when we were hit with those torrential March rains. I called PJ and he came over - he has a home maintenance service as well as contracting - brought pumps and just saved me. I signed the contract and I can tell you in all honesty it was the best thing I have done for my house - and my sanity. He is just the best. The quality of his work is amazing. He gives you great ideas and options. He shows you how and where you can save money and still maintain quality. He is very responsive to calls and emails. He and his team leave your home clean even after demolition. He truly treats it like his own. On top of all of this - he is a wonderful guy - honest, smart, funny with a great family. My only concern with writing this is that I will not do him justice - he is so great, the quality of his work is amazing. I already have him coming back next year to do more work. If you are thinking of doing ANYTHING on your house - call PJ first. You will not be disappointed.
