LOUSSO DESIGNS & CO INC

Lousso Designs was recommended by a friend, who had a much better experience with them.  Initiallly, I was pleased.  They were helpful in finding the fabric I wanted. I was told that the job would take 2 weeks.  This was very important to me since the couch and loveseat constitute all of the seating in my family room, where my family typically hangs out.  After 2 weeks I starting calling about once a week and was fed a series of lies/excuses about why my job wasn't done.  I finally received the couch and loveseat after 9 weeks.  They did do a very nice job. I have no complaints about the quality of the work, but the fact that they took 5 times longer than they estimated soured me on the experience.  The owner didn't really understand why I was so angry "just because we were late."  After all, he said he had to complete a big job for a hotel. (which evidently took precedence over my job)  In conclusion, if time is at all a factor, don't go to Lousso Designs.
