Absolutely terrible. There is no J. Brown Electric...it’s one guy who put a bunch of stock images on his website to make it appear to be a legit operation...total scam. Jason was extremely late 100% of the time over several days, when he actually showed. The original call was to replace a couple fixtures which I thought might be a hazard. He decided I needed to ground my service, then had to go buy a hammer drill, which he didn’t have. Then he decided I needed a “whole house” evaluation...ok. The “guys” assigned to that which I paid for upfront never showed...”Their truck broke down.” So Jason brought in a guy who had been doing electrical work “for about two years.” Jason, without delivering any written, itemized estimate told me I needed $13,000 worth of work done. The service ground Was $1,250. They did replace one switch and two outlets...with whatever they could find in Jason’s truck: One miss-matched outlet/faceplate, one outlet with no face plate at all. I never got the written estimate for the needed work. Jason is not returning my emails or phone calls. BEWARE...I wouldn’t let these guys change a light bulb.
