They called me- I never went looking to refinance my mortgage in the first place.
Stay away from this credit union. They are terrible to do business with. The people at the bank are probably very nice but their policies and misrepresentations of offers are a laughable mess. I cannot imagine how they could justify such behavior. Every business owner would cringe at the thought of acting like this to their customers and expecting loyalty in return.
I am going to be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of good banks who are better organized and do not misrepresent their mortgage offers. I urge you to find a more reputable credit union who actually cares about their members- this is not the one.
