General Remodeling
The job started one week late because the failed to submit the necessary permits early enough. The combination of poor project management and completely apathetic onsite supervision turned a 4 week plan into a 10 week reality. The punch list of close-out items has still not been completed, despite multiple requests over the past 5 months. Some of their subs were good (electrical and plumbing), but most were weak at best.
