Description of Work: Replaced palladium windows, front door, storm door and reworked front facade of the house. |They layed the big front entry palladium window flat on the front yard when they took it off the truck and it broke, so we had to special order another window to replace it, delaying the install by almost a week. When we had them replace the front door system, we changed the trim color and contracted to replace the cream insulated storm door to match the trim with a white one. But they ordered a flimsy metal screen door as a replacement. When we tried to reason with them why would we downgrade our storm door if we were upgrading our entry door system and asked them to correct the storm door, they said we would have to order and pay for it ourselves, they would install it when we received it. When thy did come to install it, their workmen didn't know what hey we're doing, installed it improperly, water was leaking into the door frame inside the house. They said it was because the door system was not designed to install the insulated door style, when in fact hey did not remember the storm door when they designed the front facade and did not build in enough depth for the storm door overlay.

Description of Work: About 1800 sf two-story and basement addition to a cape.
