This place provided the worst service.  I had high hopes based on their website, and the physical premises is quite impressive (lots of nice equipment, etc).  From there, it was all downhill.  I dropped off my generator on 6/22/2013.  The service guy told me it would be done in "1-2 weeks."  After 3 weeks, I called, and was told "I haven't gotten to it yet.  We'll get it done this week."  Yeah right!  I finally picked it up today--August 2, 2013!  And that was only because I had to leave some nasty voicemails.  God knows how long it would have taken them if I hadn't been busting their chops.  And the worst part was, they expressed no remorse or regret whatsoever, and provided not even the slightest awareness that they may have provided poor service.  Definitely no whiff of an apology.  I told the service guy, "that's the longest 1-2 weeks I've ever seen."  His response, "after you dropped it off, we changed it to 4-5 weeks".  W** does that mean?  Again, note the lack of an apology, or even a phone call to provide an update.  It would have been nice to hear something along the lines of "I'm sorry we took so long for this job.  That's not usually how we do business." And even better if they provided a discount because the service was so terrible.  But that is not how these guys do business, that is for sure. 
The good news is that they fixed the generator.  For all I know, they fixed it 6 weeks ago and have been renting it out since then!

I need a gas leaf blower for my condo. I told the sales man at Cleaves Co. that I had to feel comfortable holding the blower and that it had to balance well in my hand.
