Bryan was very patient answering all my questions; if I asked for proof of something, then he sent it to me; if I didn't like the choice he made, he'd immediately respond "We can do A, which is what I usually do, but if you want to do B, then we will do that instead"--so no pressure on me to conform to what he wanted to do (even if B was more complicated/harder/took more time/etc.).
