AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring

The company did not make the promised installation date, because the carpet was not available; I felt they should not have promised an installation date before availability was determined. Once the carpet came in, it was installed, but now 8 months later I see small areas that were done poorly, such as places where the edge of the carpet has pulled away from the wall. Most frustrating is that the carpet is not nearly as stain-resistant as advertised, and the "Stainmaster" warranty turns out to mean that the carpet manufacturer will replace the carpeting, but I have to pay for the labor to do so, and that just makes it untenable. Perhaps this disappointing coverage is not the "fault" of AJ Rose, but I don't feel that the company stood behind the product they were selling.
