Unfortunately, despite other reviews here, we were not particularly impressed or happy with this contractor. While his work was adequate, we found him to be difficult to work with, not particularly creative, negative about other contractors, and non-communicative about pricing until the work was done and it was too late to make other choices. He was messy and left several holes in the wall adjacent to new light fixtures and sockets. And on top of it all, we only found out after the work had begun, that we would be charged several thousand dollars more than the original estimate, most of which could have been identified before the project began.

This was our latest visit of many over the years. Will returns phone calls promptly and arrives when he says he will. He works to solve the problem and communicates with the customer when there are alternatives. He is a pleasure to work with.

Willie was thorough, knowledgeable and competent. Diagnosised the problem and solved the problem.

I would definitely use him again. He comes right away and does the job quickly. This particular work took him less than one day, probably a half day. I don't remember how much I had to pay but I think the price was reasonable.
