 + 2 moreI have not been happy with their customer service we had an issue with the power outage few months ago and it messed up router and other things and I was just not very happy with their customer service, the actually conversation took place on Friday, the guy who came out on Saturday was very good it's their customer service line on Friday afternoon was very poor.
Description of Work: I used Verizon Wireless for phone service - cellular, phone service - landline, internet service and TV service - cable.
