The store in Sharon was great. The tech support was awful. Two days, of them finally telling me I need to bring the NIC back. Told me I had an issue with DELL XPS. Absolutley not. Said the 'network engineers' looked into my issue and it should be fine. He could 'bump' it up further but, more likley it was my notebook. I went to AT&T and everything works great. AT&T is unlimited access as well, Verizon is not.

I am just thrilled with them. They can help you fix just about any software problem you have. It is just like falling of a log, its great! They answer the phone quickly, and they solve the problem in minutes.
