Overall, it was a good experience. Dave was very responsive, honest and professional. He came by on the weekend to give me an estimate and the work was done within a few days. He was a pleasure to work with.

After clearing out an abandoned apartment I had a pile of debris four feet wide and twenty-five feet long, which the town would not pick up. Dave came after work and looked at the mess, then phoned with an estimate. Because he was recommended by a friend, I told him to go ahead and remove it for that price. He called a day later to tell me that he would have to revise the price upward (by $20), due to finding buried in the pile some hazardous items that needed special disposal. He removed everything within twenty-four hours, and I swear he even raked the area for small pieces, it was clean as the proverbial whistle. I will definitely keep his name on file, as I have more such jobs in the offing.
