I use them because of their price and location. The facility is basic. It's not like a dealership with all the accommodations. It's budget accommodations. It took them about an hour to do the work.

They were just fine. I have worked with them in the past. They provide very good service and their pricing is competitive.

The price seemed about average for these tires and the store location was convenient. However, the work was promised in an hour and it actually took two and a half hours. The car wasn't moved into the shop for almost an hour. When I got home I checked pressures in all four tires. None were the correct 30 psi. One was 38, two were 34 and one was 26. Based on this, I also got out a lug nut wrench and checked tightening torques on all the wheels. These varied a bit, too. In short, the work was not just poor, it was unsafe. I considered going back to Town Fair to complain but decided not to get all worked up about it but to shop elsewhere and post my experience here. Town Fair Tire gets a fat and quot;Fand quot; from me.

BTW, the Michelins are terrific.

Great explained where the flat was and my options for fixing the tire or replacing it and their reviews on certain tires what would be a good match.

Great places to get just tires. That is all they do. No pressure to fix anything else because they don't preform any other service except tires. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I initially called to see if they had a specific tire in stock. After providing me with the requested info, the associate asked why I was replacing my tires. None of the other 5 places I had called had asked me that. Since I was working on such a short time frame (needed the work done same day), he asked that I bring the car in so they could inspect the damaged tire and figure out the best option for a replacement, if it was needed. As the tire did need replacing, we discussed what I needed out of the tire (what kind of driving would be done on it) so that he could recommend a suitable replacement; which did not include replacing all of the other tires like had been recommended elsewhere. I spent a good 15% less than what other places had quoted me for a similar tire. I would have been in and out in less than 45 minutes had I not then asked for (and received) the education of my life on snow tires. Both associates took more than adequate time to talk to me, not through me, and answer all of my questions along the way. I will definitely return to them!

I have always had a good experience with them. I haven't had any problems and they seem like they have a reasonable price.

Ordered precise tires I wanted online (I fired previous mechanic for installing cheap tires and not discussing with me). When I got to the store they had a big upsell routine except they want to get you to pick the cheaper tires (which are overpriced) rather than the ones I ordered. The cheaper tires have a better warranty. Once I pointed out that the wear ratings were completely different and they weren't and quot;the same tire without the white letteringand quot;, the salesman wrote up the work. They insisted on a 4-wheel alignment, although there is almost nothing to align on the rear wheels of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. And good luck collecting on their warranty -- they want a torque check after 25 miles which is pretty much the round trip to the store.Got the work done pretty quickly and pretty well. Happy with the result. You need to be prepared for a heavy sales environment, though -- not a good place for my wife.

The price for new Michelins was competitive. The work took an hour longer than estimated and the waiting area is cramped and has no magazines or TV. Most importantly, the new tires were incorrectly inflated incorrecly. Spec is 30 psi; the tires were actually 35, 37, 37 and 41! This is dangerously overinflated. How many of their other customers are driving on unsafe tires?

I made an appointment for removal and installation of four brand new tires. The service was to include mounting balancing and four wheel alignment. They promised the service would take an hour, but my car was there three hours. It only gets worse. When I got my car back, I received no instructions what-so-ever regarding valdating their warranty of workmanship. That was a joke in itself, when I went back complaining about the fact that the alignment was so far from correct that the two two rear tires were worn out to the steel cords on the inside edge in less than 20,000 miles. They blamed it on the New England roads and pot holes, and took no responsibilty for what appeared to be intentional mis alignment. When I took the vehicle to BMW they stated that both wheels had the exact same calibrations. The calibrations were so far off, they were surprised that the SUV handled well at all. Now, what are the chances that hitting pot holes over a six month period that would keep the calibrations equal. Further, and have no effect on the front tires, which most likely would have had an identical expierience. I have been around the car business for more than 35 years. For Town Fair to blame anyone and everyone for the dangerous wear, is absolute irresponsibilty. The manager at Town Fair had the nerve to say that a four wheel alignment is required every 5-10,000 miles at a cost of just unbder $100 each time, in order that they would warranty thier servcie. That woiuld be an additional $500.00 on top of a $1,300 for the set of tires. My original tires went 60,000 miles without anything more than checking the tire pressure. They wore out evenly driving the same highways. It will now cost me another $750.00 to buy two new tires making the total cost $2,050.00. Needless to say, the danger of driving on tires that had the steel cords seperated in a very short time, could have been horrific. If you purchased tires from Town Fair, and have had them work on your tires, I would rush to a Professional to have your alignment checked, it could be a life saver.

Easy ordering of tires on provider's website. I arrived for the appointment. They told me that it would take between 1-2 hours. I let them know that I had an appointment at noon. However they could of done a slightly better job of setting expectations with regard to how long the total job would take. From experience, 4 tires and a wheel alignment shouldn't take more than 90 minutes. The vibe and pace of the staff seem a bit leisurely for a busy shop with work streaming in on top of the appointments they already have booked. They ended up taking a bit more than 2 hours, making me a bit late for my noon appointment. The work was done correctly but I wish they would of done a better job of communicating a realistic time frame for their work to be completed. Town Fair Tire does throw in some excellent vaule-added extras, but if you get a set of tires from this location, make sure you pad their time to completion estimates by at least 30 minutes.

I especially love this place because they drive my car home. They drop it off on my doorstep. They take care of their customers and they go out of their way to be accommodating. They are right next to the train station, too. They are at a convenient location for my husband since he uses the train and for me from our house location. They really just are a place that goes above and beyond and you feel that as a customer.

Since I was putting air into one particular tire every day, I thought I better take the car in to get it checked out. The tech looked at my tires and told me I should get new ones before the winter comes (tires currently have 30K miles on them) but no hard sell. I was told to come back in an hour and they would have some info for me. Since they are near my gym, I went there and came back in an hour to find they plugged the leak for no charge! Love them! When I inquired about tire prices they said they would beat any other price, and when I went home I found a cheaper price online and they said they would honor it if I printed out the ad and brought it in at the time of purchse.
