Garage Door Service
Thompson installed my new garage door opener 3 years ago and recently installed a key pad. In the last 6 months my key pad and remotes only work about 75% of the time. I have had them out 3 times to troubleshoot and one of the times they told me the remotes are working now so there is nothing they can do. The other time they reprogrammed it and told me it is working now and the 3rd time they replaced the keypad thinking it might be faulty and only charged me for the part. I still have the issue and called them 2 weeks ago to see what could be done. I was told the service manager would call me. I never received a call. My experience with them started off well and since has been poor.

Brian and Scott were totally professional. Extremely neat job, when they left, it was as if no work had been performed. Very pleasant men!
