 + -1 moreSubcontractors were not skilled. Carpenter's work was not level or plumb. Painting job was poor. Wood trim was not primed and proceeded to "bleed" through over time. I could have done much better. Roofers did a below-average job. They walked over new shingles on a hot day and damaged them. Company owner promised to be on site every day but was not.
Description of Work: The job entailed building a dormer on a Cape style house, expanding existing bedrooms and installing new baths.

 + -1 moreI CANT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED, AND GENUINELY ENJOYED WORKING WITH RAY WIESE AND HIS TEAM. WHEN THE TIME CAME FOR MORE REMODELING, WE NEVER CONSIDERED ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. THE WIESE COMPANY HAS THE JOB.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED OUR KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, AND UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. THIS INCLUDED REMOVING A WALL, ENLARGING WINDOWS, AND INSTALLING ALL NEW FLOORING, FIXTURES, PLUMBING, ETC.
