They were easy to work with. I especially like the Elfa closet systems because you can go from lower priced to very high-end prices, but once you hang the top rail everything is movable so that now that it was installed in August, if I chose to rearrange the whole thing now, I can do that by myself by just moving shelves up or down, or whatever clothing or storage needs I have. I love this stuff! I will use them again because their systems integrate with each other. If you decide that you want shelves, you could put in shelves, but down the road if you decide that's not going to work for you, and you want to take out part of the shelf and put baskets in, you can do that without tearing anything out. The only thing that screwed in to the wall is a rail of the top and then the standard hook into that and move, and the shelving comes in various gaps as to the drawer system. They just have great ideas! They are great! The people in the store who do the designing are really helpful. The people who do the installing, at least here at the Natick store, were professional, courteous, and fast. I thought my builder was going to do it and he suggested the store to do it. I think that's what they do everyday of the week. They look at the plan and know exactly what is needed. I got one plan where I guess I picked up the wrong things. Luckily, I live 20 minutes from the store and the installer called the store and said she needs X,Y and Z, I went over there, picked it up, brought it back, and it was up. It was great!

Fairly expensive, but not as expensive as California closets. Very easy to install. No need to pay extra to have them installed. Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff.

We purchased our ELFA shelving at this store during a sale they were having. The items prove to be wonderful quality, and personnel provided great customer service. They were able to fix a shelf that was to long, and they gave us the proper size quickly. I prefer to shop at the Chestnut Hill Store because they seem to have more variety and they also have an ELFA representative to help you set up your closet. We enjoy shopping at this store and will continue to use their service in the future.
