We pay anywhere from $95 to $125 per month and then a couple hundred when the clean ups are required.

This guy is a nightmare. His price is cheap, beware. First he damaged most of our in-ground sprinkler heads and then he sues us for non-payment after we sent him a letter stating that he would not receive remaining monies due as a result of damage unless they were fixed. Then he calls the cops to show up in the middle of the night.
