Their charge depends on what you get from them. The only negative I have with them is they tend to generalize, and the guy just drop the bottles at my front porch. They are big and heavy. I had to get in touch with the company, because I was right here, and he did not even ring the doorbell. Some friends of mine were here, and they heard me trying to get his attention but the truck is noisy. When they left, they managed to get the truck and told him, "Hey! She's right there!" He was not too pleased that he has to come back, and he said, "Most people just wanted me to leave the bottles." I said, "Well, do not generalize. I am not most people. I am always here and it's a big house. You could at least ring the doorbell." The office was nice, because I did call the office and I told them. The only reason why I called them is for them to just call him and have him turn around and come back. It was undirected in the record that he should ring the doorbell, so I cannot also blame him. I just started the service with them about a month ago, so I'll see now if there is any changes with him.

Their service is good. No request is too big for them. They respond generally within 24 hours to any request. They are definitely somebody to do business with.

I like their price. It costs $22 a month, and it is pretty reasonable. Our experience with them has been pretty good, and we would use them again in the future.

We did Poland Spring once about 10 years and we liked but it just got to be an inconvenience. We actually have well water here and there are concerns with the filtering system so we have the water coolers delivered at our home. We've never had any problems with them.I don't think its high quality water, but it's good. If we were getting bottled water they would be our first choice.

It was easy to order online, though I thought getting three 5 gallon jugs for a family of three might be too much water per month. I could not find on the site options to order less. On the day of the delivery I called the company and learned much more about options. First, there is a difference between Poland Spring SPRING Water and Poland Spring DRINKING Water. (the latter is purified tap water, and is cheaper). Also, if you haven't used up all of your bottles, they will still deliver all three unless you order a custom plan, but you have to pay about $16 a month to rent the dispenser/cooler! They do offer 3 gallon size bottles. Also, there is a contract, and you must have a minimum of two items delivered per month. If you decide to cancel out of the contract, after a 30 day grace period, you will owe a $100 termination fee! Despite all of this that I found out after I signed up, I agreed to go forward with the delivery with option of changing to the 3 gallon bottle plan (3 bottles/delivery) in the future at no penalty. The driver arrived on time, was friendly, set up the cooler, and left. I poured my first mug, and out of the spigot came... DIRT and Leaves!! I couldn't believe it, so I assumed my mug must have been dirty, went and got a new clean mug, and drew some water from the hot tap, and out came... another small leaf!!! I took a picture because I didn't think anyone would believe it. I called the company, told them the story, they apologized, theorized that the cooler was dirty (probably left on someones porch for a pickup, not cleaned before returned, (these are rentals)). I asked that someone come to replace the cooler today, quality control person took my name and number, and someone would confirm if possible within an hour. No call in one hour, I called back, they said someone again would call in one hour. Finally delivery agent called, apologized, offer to replace dirty cooler with brand new cooler, and replace all bottles, and bring another 2 pack of water bottles for free, but would have to come tomorrow. So we'll see how that goes. I find that their pricing plans and delivery options are restrictive and alternatives are not clear on the site, neither are the penalties or terms. (what family of three with go through 15 gallons of Poland Spring/month?)

Our water machine broke. It just up and died one day, so they brought us a brand new one free of charge. They are really good to us. They didn't charge us one dime and they gave us a totally new machine. They call you and tell you about specials they run, they are always really friendly to you, and they take care of us so much. I have wonderful things to say about Poland Springs. They are an absolutely valuable service to have and I can tell you first hand that they know what customer service means.
