Paul Lessard takes great pride in their business and stand by his work. He has given me good advice on cost/benefit trade-offs of various options and approaches for the work he has done. I am very happy with the equipment he has recommended.

Paul Lessard responded promptly, replaced the valve and checked out the system. He is the only heating professional in the last ten years who has been able to successfully service the Viessmann boiler and radiant heat installation in my home. He is the most knowledgable heating person I have ever met, who is also able to patiently communicate his knowledge to a homeowner. I have dealt with plumbers and heating contractors for forty years and Paul Lessard is the best I have ever come across.

I was pleased with his responsiveness - especially on a Saturday and with only an hour's notice. He was on time and pleasant. He came ready to wear booties on his shoes, in case he had to enter our home. He has an enthusiasm and knowledge of plumbing and offered suggestions about other plumbing issues at our home. There was some difficulty hooking up the appliance, but he was'nt as difficult as he first thought, so he reduced the price a bit. That honesty surprised me.

Paul was very personable, fit me in his schedule the day after I contacted him, was very knowledgeable about my heating system, and taught me how to skim my boiler (other heating companies said I would not be able to do it myself...perhaps assuming so because I'm female...and continued to come out and charge me for each skim). I would hire Paul again for any future heating or plumbing jobs! He was a joy to work with!
