The service provided was good. The price is very reasonable. Somebody came and took lots and lots pictures for an hour.

I needed professional photos for my LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.  I went in dressed appropriately, Patrick Sullivan took a set of photos very efficiently.  A few days later I got an e-mail with a link to a web page where I could examine the (as yet unedited) shots.  I chose what I wanted, he e-mailed me the photos, and I picked up a CD with the photos.
He was friendly, professional and prompt.  I am thoroughly satisfied with the results.

It went great. This is an example of small business being more efficient than big: I needed these prints quickly and I needed to pay for them with a tax-exempt credit card. This does not sound complicated, but the tax thing causes no end of headaches, normally. However, I was delighted to find a local service provider because I did not have time to order online and ship. I simply emailed the photo, got a couple of emails in response to verify my instructions, and picked up the prints the next day. No big, complicated system where the payment method has to be approved a month in advance, either. Just 2 staff people ready to help. I'll definitely go back when I need this service again.
