We have the maintenance plan. How easy it is to get the appointment. I find their billing practices substandard. When you do the contract they send you a renewal notice. I have paid them promptly and still had three notices sent. It's like their paperwork is not in order and that I don't like it. This is not the worker he's good. There are two issues the company and the worker, the worker is fine, the company needs some attention.
