Ralph took great care of me and my vintage 1989 Celica Convertible. The old girl had started to leak oil badly. Ralph took care to figure out where exactly the oil was coming from, and replaced the leaky gaskets that were responsible. Since he was hip-deep in the engine compartment, he recommended that I replace the timing belt and water pump, thereby making the most efficient use of his labor. I trust Ralph with my household's three cars, he does excellent work. I highly recommend!

I have a Volvo and I found natick Auto Clinic to be very good at repairs and execellent on price compared to the dealer. Usually with a Volvo you need to go to the dealer for repairs but I am confident in Natick Auto Clinic for the repair work.

I would certainly recommend them to others, I really like him. I like that they are extremely honest, fair priced and they always do the work on time and on budget. The work is great and there is no problem.

Brakes: I was given a discount to match a competitor. This also gave me the same parts source that was used for the front bakes about a year eaelier. I was provided a loaner car, as they say. Work is alway high quality and there is never selling of parts that are not needed
