Moulton Plumbing always responds immediately and gets to us as soon as possible. He goes the extra mile to get us the best price on equipment/supplies. If he can't get to us as soon as we need, he is up front about it. The pricing seems so fair. I never fear that we are going to get hit with an astronomical bill. If it's going to be a pricey job he is very communicative about options. I like that there are no surprises.

We called Mike early on a Saturday morning when we first discovered that our hot water heater was broken and starting to flood our basement. Over the phone, he walked me through how to shut off everything to prevent further water damage, and then was at our house within the hour. Since it was a Saturday, there would be no getting a water heater until Monday at the earliest (Mike advised against water heaters purchased at Home Depot/Lowes).
On Monday morning, Mike called to let us know that no one had our size/model in stock (no one's fault), but that he would be by on Tuesday to complete the work. He was promptly here at 8am Tuesday morning, and worked non-stop until our water heater was installed and working perfectly.
Very reasonable pricing too!

A couple of years ago I needed someone to fix my heater. He charged very little. He also gave me a break on the thermostat. He did such great work and I called him again when I realized something wasn't right with my heating system. He did a great job and his price was fair. He does a beautiful job. He is excellent and friendly. I am very happy with him.

They responded well to my first need. Timely, professional and reasonably priced. However, on the second time I needed help, they told me that they would be at my home on Monday, perhaps Tuesday. I left my home unlocked. When they didn't show up on Monday, I called asking for confirmation that they would come on Tuesday. No call back, no show. I called again on Tuesday evening and again left a message....I have never heard back from them.

We called and he came. He needed a part and he got that and returned. He was fast, cheerful and very fair with his price. He ordered the thermostats and he came and put them in very efficiently. He didn't charge us for the extra trip, which was really very fair. He was very helpful and did good work. He was a cheerful young man. We were very happy with him and had him come out another time.

He responded immediately, said we needed a small part that he went out and retrieved for us, and then fixed our heat. We had heat again within an hour of his arrival. We also mentioned to him we were interested in the programmable thermostats and he gave us the information. We had him install them on another visit after he ordered them and they came in.
