This was my first time using Middlesex. We have used another local auto body shop for many years, but they were not very responsive this time, so I found Middlesex on Angie's List.  I liked them from my first time stopping in to see if they could do the repair.  They gave me an appointment a few weeks off, but that was fine as my repair was not needed immediately.  Jeff told me that he was sure the car would need more work than the appraisal, but that he would deal with them. Kate kindly set up the rental car reimbursement with the other persons insurance.  
They continued to be a pleasure to deal with once the work was being done. They provided me with a nice little rental.  the work was done to my complete satisfaction.  I would definitely use Middlesex again and would recommend them to others.

Wife got rear ended and wanted to repair the minor dent and scratches for a car i am still paying off.  After getting an estimate we scheduled a date to drop off the car (also used a rental through them).  The work was as good as I could have hoped and they even fixed another scratch that had occurred in between getting the estimate and dropping the car off.  Work was also done very quickly.  Really a great experience, I highly recommend.

They were professional and honest. The procedures were explained thoroughly prior to accepting their estimate. The actual cost was as estimated. The job was completed exactly on time. They were able to furnish a car rental that made the process easier.

Explained various options and advised most cost effective course of action.  Jeff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

Couldn't expect any better service. I chose Middlesex from their Angie's List ratings and was absolutely delighted by the entire experience. Jeff saw the problem, provided alternatives and we both agreed to go with a new replacement mirror. He ordered it and told me it would be in the next morning at 9. At 8:45 the next morning, he called. I showed up fifteen minutes later and the mirror was expertly installed within 30 minutes even touching up a small area with matching paint for a perfect job. I am impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail. I shall return (but hopefully, not immediately.)

Great repair!  Great service.  The work was done on time and the result was perfect.  Everybody there was very professional and seemed to care about their work.

Used Middlesex Auto Body after someone hit the side of my car. There was extensive damage to door and Middlesex did a great job repairing the damage, completing the work in a timely manner, and providing me with a great experience. 

Middlesex Auto Body was recommended by a Subaru car repair shop in Natick. I called them to get an estimate. I went and got an estimate handwritten on a blank sheet of paper. It came in at $1,100, the same as Sansossio Auto Body. I chose them because they were easy to work with. I told them that I needed the car to be done within 3 days, as I needed the car for work. They said that they would try to do that. and it would help if I could pay them for the parts ahead of time so they could be ordered and be there when I brought the care in. That would speed things up. I brought the car in Dec 27th, but the car wasn't ready by the 29th. Steve was quite apologetic and offered to give us a free car rental for the weekend. We picked the car up on 12/31. It looks great. The only issue I have is a lingering strong odor inside the car, probably from the paint job. I don't know why it is still there. Steve and his son were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I paid for this out of pocket, not through insurance.

Steve does a wonderful job. They are very fair. I've been there several times and ever time I've been accomodated. They are very professional. The price is very reasonable.
